Skills are the special abilities Leaders and Squadmates use in Fatal Frontier. Below are the various categories of skills. Skills will be categorized based on characteristics. First characteristic is the opportunity category. Some skills activate at the beginning of combat, during that squadmates turn, counter to an attack, or while moving through the world. Other variables to categorize skills include which stats impact a skills effectiveness, and what affect the skill has when activated.
These characteristics seek to group all of the skills in the game by when they are activated.
|Opening Skills||Activated at the start of combat.|
|Attack Skills||Activated during a squadmates turn, usually to deal damage.|
|Defense Skills||Activated in response to an attack.|
|World Skills||Activated while traveling the world.|
Stat Based Skills
Most skills' effectiveness is derived from one of four stats.
